Computing resources used by members of the Computer Engineering Department

Members of computer engineering have access to a wide variety of computing platforms on which to conduct research.  In particular, researchers have access to:

	Cluster of 4 four-processor SGI multiprocessors
	Several clusters of Intel and Compaq PCs
	32 processor Convex Exemplar
	Cluster of Alpha multiprocessors
	Eight-processor SUN Ultra Enterprise 4000 multiprocessor
	IBM SP-2 multiprocessor
	Many SUN workstations for individual use
