Basic Electrical Measurements
Compared with our colleagues in other branches of engineering,
we EEs are at something of a disadvantage in that we can't
directly
see (or hear or smell) what we're working with.
It is sometimes possible to feel or taste electricity,
but that is usually ill advised (see Lab 0).
So we require a variety of
measuring instruments
to make things visible.
